So the July craziness has continued into August and I couldn't be more humbled. I realized that Ben & Mandy's wedding invitation was featured on Undersconsideration's FPO while I was driving to Northern California. I know it's not the most responsible thing to do, but when I got the e-mail from Underconsideration I had to check the blog on my phone while driving way too fast. No, I couldn't wait until there was an exit to pull over. I was somwhere between Fresno and San Francisco . . . there are no exits for miles. 

The FPO feature is below and so is another Oh So Beautiful Paper post featuring my moving announcement that I saw a few days after.

Other than share my excitement for all the recent press I've received, I wanted to use this blog post for 2 objectives. First to respond to the comments left on the FPO post and second to thank my vendors, who are always amazing to work with. 

ONE: There were 2 comments left on the FPO Post. Louis Fouquet asked about the playful chalkboard inspiration. A chalkboard would be an amazing inspiration, but that wasn't what inspired this invite. It was inpsired by wine and Napa. Unfortunately, FPO's intern was a little confused and wrote that it was inspired by a chalkboard. Oops, but oh well.

The other comment was amazing and very positive. So thank you ksuh84. This comment is also great because it speaks to the calligraphy that Katrina wrote for me and the imporance of presenting a wedding invite as a package.

TWO: Shout out to my awesome vendors! Katrina S. L. Centeno of Calligraphy Katrina was the calligrapher, Mable Lee of Lala Press allowed me to rent one of her Vandercook machines for the afternoon, Tomas + GYOM Team at Grow Your Own Media assisted me during screen printing, and Damon Biviano of Nomadic Creations shot my photography.
